Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°.
Combine the cream of chicken soup, long grain rice, undrained can of mixed vegetables, water, garlic powder, onion powder and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese together in a 9x13 casserole dish.
Top the rice mixture with the chicken breasts.
Cover the chicken breasts with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes covered with aluminum foil. Then uncover and finish baking for an additional 15 minutes.
