Easy Strawberry Freezer Jam

  • 3 Cups Pureed Strawberries Approx 2 quarts
  • 4 Cups White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 pkg Pectin 1.75 oz
  • ¾ Cup Water


  • Begin with cleaning and cutting the tops off all strawberries. Place them in a blender or food processor to puree.
  • Measure out sugar and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Add in pureed strawberries. Mix well.
  • Prepare the pectin per package instructions. Mix the water and pectin in a saucepan, bring to a boil and stir for exactly 1 minute. Then remove from the heat.
  • Pour your pectin mix into your strawberries. Mix well.
  • Let set for 4-5 minutes to slightly thicken before pouring or scooping into freezer containers.
  • Let jam cool for 1-2 hours before covering with a lid.
  • Let jam cool a total of 6-12 hours prior to placing into the freezer for future use.
