Pretzel Crust Pizza
An amazing spin on the traditional homemade pizza with a soft pretzel crust.
- 1-2 Packets Pizza Crust Mix use 1 for thinner crust and 2 for thicker crust
- Water Per Package Directions on Pizza Mix
- ½ Cup Water For Crust Solution
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp Pretzel or Course Salt
- 10 oz Pizza Sauce
- 3 Cups Pizza Cheese
- Toppings Of Your Choice
Make pizza crust mix per package instructions. Let rise.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Roll out pizza crust onto pan.
Combine 1/2 cup water and baking soda brush along crust.
Top crust with course salt.
Continue topping pizza with sauce, cheese and toppings.
Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
