Easy French Dip Sandwiches
Fast and easy french dip sandwiches . Perfect for weeknight meals or any party!

Servings: 6 servings
- 6 French Rolls
- 2 lbs Shredded Beef or Deli Sliced Beef
- 6 Slices Provolone Cheese
- 1.5 Cups Au Jus (either seasoned beef broth or from a packet)
Place your french roll open faced under the broiler on high for 3-5 minutes or until slightly brown.
Warm up your shredded beef or deli beef slices for approx 40 seconds in the microwave.
Place the beef on the french roll, top the beef with the provolone cheese.
Place under the broiler for another 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Warm up your Au Jus for approx 30 seconds in the microwave.
Remove the sandwich from the broiler and fold over the top, Enjoy!
