Easy French Dip Sandwiches

Fast and easy french dip sandwiches . Perfect for weeknight meals or any party!

  • 6 French Rolls
  • 2 lbs Shredded Beef or Deli Sliced Beef
  • 6 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • 1.5 Cups Au Jus (either seasoned beef broth or from a packet)

Instructions

  • Place your french roll open faced under the broiler on high for 3-5 minutes or until slightly brown.
  • Warm up your shredded beef or deli beef slices for approx 40 seconds in the microwave.
  • Place the beef on the french roll, top the beef with the provolone cheese.
  • Place under the broiler for another 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Warm up your Au Jus for approx 30 seconds in the microwave.
  • Remove the sandwich from the broiler and fold over the top, Enjoy!
